How do I change my bank details?

If you need to change your bank account details, there's a couple of ways you can do this securely:

1. Login to the online portal, head to the account details bit and update your direct debit details there. 

2. Call us on 0330 053 9350 and we'll update your details for you. We're around from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
