If you can't afford to pay on the 15th, please let us know at least 5 working days before and we'll push it along to the 1st of the following month (the next payment date).
If your payment bounces due to insufficient funds, a £5.00 Late Payment fee will be added to your account. However, if we receive payment from you within 7 days, this fee will be removed. You can make a payment online 24/7 using this link:
Please leave your direct debit active until we've completed your final account review. This way we can easily refund any credit left on your account. If your instruction is cancelled before then, a £10.00 fee will be applied to your account.
